Fibber McGee and Molly – 90-Year Anniversary
Sunday, June 8; 2-3:30 p.m.
Join us for this unique program as we celebrate the 90-year anniversary of Fibber McGee and Molly. You will experience the performance of original episodes of Fibber McGee and Molly, complete with Johnson’s Wax Glo Coat commercials.
Fibber McGee and Molly was an American radio comedy series, sponsored by SC Johnson (then known as Johnson’s Wax). One of the most popular and enduring radio series of its time, the prime time program ran as a standalone series from 1935 to 1956, then continued as a short-form series from 1957 to 1959. The title characters were created and portrayed by Jim and Marian Jordan, a real-life husband and wife team. This is truly radio worth watching!

What Does AI Mean for our Future?
Thursday, May 8; 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Join us for this community program in partnership with Badger Talks and PBS Wisconsin. The promises of artificial intelligence (AI) have fueled imaginations among members of the media, business communities and the public: AI offers the chance to remove tedious tasks, speed creativity and analyze oceans of data in a matter of seconds! Many are also concerned with the challenges AI poses, especially to security and exploitation. This presentation will be recorded by PBS Wisconsin for later broadcast on its University Place series.
