Celebrate October with Pumpkin Brownies

If you like brownies and the taste of pumpkin, you’ll love this recipe for Pumpkin Brownies. With only two ingredients, this recipe is so easy to make and will satisfy any sugar craving with its sweet and fudgy flavor and hint of pumpkin. This recipe is also healthier because is replaces the oil and egg typically used to make brownies with canned pumpkin. Store the leftover pumpkin in a small Ziploc® brand Container with One Press Seal and use for pumpkin pancakes, muffins, pumpkin granola, or smoothies. 

Celebrate October with Pumpkin Brownies 

Pumpkin Brownies

Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 35 minutes
Yield: makes 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients:

1 (15.5-ounce) package brownie mix
1 cup canned pumpkin

Directions:

Combine brownie mix and pumpkin in a large mixing bowl, stirring until all lumps are gone. Bake according to brownie package directions in an 8-x-8-inch baking dish until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Store leftovers (if you have any!) in a Ziploc® brand Container with One Press Seal to preserve freshness.
