You'll start as an Assistant Brand Manager, leading cross-functional teams of Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing. You'll also gain valuable experience with all elements of marketing—advertising, consumer promotions and package graphics.

New Hire Training

To ensure you have a quick and successful transition into SC Johnson we have created a series of structured workshops and informal interactive sessions. Each of the areas below is offered in sequence timed to when the training can be immediately transferred to your daily work experiences.
