How do you encourage volunteerism by SC Johnson employees?

We provide opportunities! Most SC Johnson companies around the world coordinate and promote at least one significant employee volunteer effort in their community each year. In the U.S., we also have a “Dollars for Doers” program that offers a $250 grant to any not-for-profit organization where an SC Johnson employee or retiree volunteers 40 hours in a year. Those who volunteer for more than one organization can apply for grants for each one they support. An organization can receive up to $2,500 per year through this program.
