Composting Tip

We have a compost bin in the back of our house and it isn't always convenient to run to the back when I have items I can compost so on my kitchen counter I have a rectangular Ziploc contain so I can add my egg shells, peelings and other items until I'm ready to take it to the back of the house. The seal works great no odor emits into the room. Once I dump the contents in the compost bin I wash the container out and I'm ready to start again.
