How We Define “Diversity”

How We Define “Inclusion”

We believe in the respectful treatment of all people, and SC Johnson corporate policy requires that all people at SC Johnson companies around the globe be treated in a fair, just and impartial manner. The company has zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment.

Tracking Progress

The company tracks and measures the success of its diversity programs through its annual diversity scorecard, which has three main objectives: attract and empower a diverse workforce, continually improve employee engagement, and encourage people with diverse backgrounds, orientations and styles to add value.

  • In 2013, Hispanic Network Magazine named SC Johnson a Top Diversity Employer on its 2013 “Best of the Best” list for the 4th year.
