Hey there, D. Andrews! Thanks for the question. When we develop a product, we do test it on several surfaces but vinyl records aren’t what our scientists had in mind. Because your records may be difficult to replace, we don’t recommend any of our products for the purpose of cleaning your records. Additionally, any time you factor in age to a particular surface, that alone can cause issues – especially when we don’t know how the item may have been stored or maintained in the past.  

Our suggestion is that you look for a product that is specifically designed to clean vinyl LP records. We know this is disappointing but we’d rather protect your tunes!
