From Kristi about Problems with Raid Max Bug Barrier Sprayer

i bought the raid MAX auto trigger, bug barrier... i followed the directions and nothing comes out. It sounds like it is trying to spray/pump but nada. I opened it back up and the tube isn't filling. Is this one defective? Any suggestions? - Kristi
