From the Putty's and Mickey, about OFF Clip On

"We bought one of your Off Clip-On's and not only did it not repel the mosquitos, it seemed to attract them. I thought it was just me, but my husband tried it and the same thing happened to him. Needless yo say, we will not be purchasing refills. We are going back to the Off Active spray repellent that seems to work well, even though we hate to have the spray on our skin and clothes. – The Putty's from McAllen, Texas"
