In 2006, SC Johnson earned U.S. Presidential recognition twice for the Greenlist™ process.

In January, Chairman and CEO Fisk Johnson (pictured) accepted the Ron Brown Award for Corporate Leadership at a White House ceremony. The award recognizes deep commitment to innovative programs that are right for business, people and communities. SC Johnson was recognized for our Greenlist™ process.

In June the Greenlist™ process was recognized again, with the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award, presented at the National Academy of Sciences. Established in 1996 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Awards recognize innovative chemical technologies that reduce pollution and improve the environment.
