Community Programs
From our grade-specific STEM programs for students to family and adult learning opportunities, SC Johnson has a decades-long legacy of bringing inspiring education to our community.

Our third-generation leader, H.F. Johnson, Jr., used to say that you can’t have a healthy environment inside a company unless you have a healthy environment outside in the community.
He called it his “Inside/Out” theory and it informs one of our most important commitments as a company: that we will work to make every place that we operate better, because we are there.
This aspiration began more than a century ago, with our founder, Samuel Curtis Johnson. It’s reinforced by our corporate values statement, and acted on by SC Johnson people around the globe.
Our programs are one of the ways we live up to it in our local communities.

For more than 23 years, SC Johnson has offered Community Interest Programs at the Golden Rondelle Theater on our headquarters campus in Racine, Wisconsin. Designed to educate, entertain and inspire, the programs are open to the public at no cost.
Past programs have focused on topics from helping teens navigate stress in the digital age and the risks and dangers of prescription narcotics, to mental health awareness, efficient water-wise gardening and Family Science Nights. In recent years, we have begun to broadcast some programs virtually to allow an even larger audience to participate.
We're thrilled we can host scientists, historians, authors, entertainers and other presenters to share their experience and insight.
