SC Johnson efforts to fight the spread and impact of COVID-19

Helping people care for families and communities is at the heart of SC Johnson’s purpose.
SC Johnson is providing financial and product support to organizations to help fill gaps and mobilize resources to address fast-emerging needs posed by the virus.

The COVID-19 pandemic is an exceptional situation that we continue to monitor closely. We are deeply concerned for everyone who is impacted by this disease and feel a great sense of responsibility to do what we can to support pressing public needs and those battling the virus on the front lines.

Helping people care for families and communities is at the heart of SC Johnson’s purpose.  With partners like the CDC Foundation supporting first responders and Save the Children empowering children and their families in their fight against this and future health threats, we’re committed to not only being there for those needing help today, but creating a stronger, healthier tomorrow.

We’ve recently raised our response commitment to $10 million – and are continuing to assess ways to address the needs of people around the world as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves.  Here’s an overview of how we’re supporting the efforts of global and community service organizations, first responders and medical personnel.

On National High Five Day, SC Johnson and Save the Children Launch #TheNextHighFive, a Social Campaign to Educate and Equip Youth to Battle COVID-19
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to shape the way we interact with one another through social distancing, we’re all looking for creative ways to connect, cope and care for each other. That’s why SC Johnson and Save the Children are joining forces to reinvent the celebratory high five during these challenging times with a fun and educational social campaign called #TheNextHighFive.

Strengthening local communities
