SC Johnson Named 2016 Best Workplace in Mexico for 15th Year

Company Receives Special Recognition for Continued Placement

RACINE, Wis., (April 27, 2016) – SC Johnson Mexico has been named a Best Workplace for the 15th consecutive year – the only company to do so – by The Great Place to Work® Institute. Moving up in rank, the company earned the 6th spot on the list of companies having 500 to 5,000 employees.

“This is an outstanding achievement for the people of SC Johnson Mexico,” said Fisk Johnson, Chairman and CEO of SC Johnson. “The team consistently excels in creating an engaging and exciting work environment, helping people do their very best work with the right tools, training and support for success.”

This continues to be an outstanding year for SC Johnson, with Mexico being the latest SC Johnson location  recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute, along with Italy, Germany, Venezuela and Poland as Best Workplaces. Last year, SC Johnson was included on Working Mother magazine’s list of the “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers” for the 27th time and received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index.

The annual Best Workplaces list is based on a randomly distributed employee survey, a workplace culture assessment on corporate policies and philosophies and other supporting documents.
