SC Johnson Issues New Supplier Code of Conduct as Part of Its Responsible Sourcing Program

Racine, Wis., (April 29, 2015) – SC Johnson issued an updated Supplier Code of Conduct this week. This Code goes beyond compliance with the law by incorporating internationally recognized standards to advance four key areas: Human Rights and Labor, Safety Health and Environment, Sustainability and Business Ethics.

SC Johnson is committed to doing what is right, which includes respecting people and community, supporting universal human rights and working to minimize our impact on the environment wherever it operates. Through this new code, SC Johnson has laid out specifics of the requirements under each focus area with which it expects all of its suppliers to comply.

SC Johnson continually looks for opportunities to work with suppliers and business partners that share the same ethic and commitment to environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
