SC Johnson Central America Ranked Number One

Company Takes Top Spot on Prestigious Great Place to Work List in Central America and the Caribbean

RACINE, Wis., (April 5, 2016) – SC Johnson Central America was recently ranked number one out of 150 companies on the 2016 Great Place to Work list in Central America and the Caribbean by the Great Place to Work® Institute. This recognition for SC Johnson Central America marks the ninth consecutive year the company has been named as a Top 5 company. In 2015, SC Johnson Central America ranked number two out of 88 companies in Central America and the Caribbean.

A total of 150 companies in Central America and the Caribbean were recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute. Companies are ranked according to randomly distributed employee surveys, a workplace culture assessment on corporate policies and philosophies, and other supporting documents.

In addition to this latest recognition, in 2015 SC Johnson was included on the Working Mother magazine’s list of the “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers” for the 27th time and received a perfect score of 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index.
